Sue Belton is a Certified Life Coach who works with people to help them get the life they really want, both personally and professionally.

Sue does this, by working with her clients so that they are crystal clear about which direction to take next, and the life they want to create.

Sue’s Coaching Style is insightful, challenging, encouraging, direct and supportive. By creating a relationship of support and trust, Sue is able to challenge limiting beliefs and enable her clients to be the best they can be.

Background

Formerly a BAFTA nominated Producer for the BBC’s Documentary Department, Sue had worked in radio and TV production for 15 years. A trained journalist, Sue has always been fascinated by people, what motivates them, and what it means (and takes) to live a fulfilling life.

From her own experience, Sue changed career direction after having her daughter, and coaching has helped her figure out which way to go in life, and how to get there.

“I didn’t leave my well paid career – for which I’d trained for years- lightly. I left because I wanted a better life for me and my family, and my own story is one of ups and downs.

It took me a while to figure it all out, and it’s by no means perfect – but now I’m not working mad hours, I get to spend precious time with my daughter – and I’m doing stimulating work that I love!

My passion is to help others find clarity, focus and motivation, and really live the life they want.”

Qualifications

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, and an HND in Media and Business Studies, Sue values education highly, and has applied these principles to her coach training.

She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), having trained with the leading international Coaches Training Institute (CTI). 

She is the Leader of the CTI's UK Local Groups Initiative - supporting the growth and development of other CTI coaches and groups across the country.  Sue also coaches and mentors individuals through their coach training and certification.

Sue is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adheres to it’s Code of Ethics
