Rates are typically:

£750 / session          Board level

£500 / session          Director level

£250 / session          Manager level / Charity rate

The coaching contract usually last six months and including three initial one hour meetings to establish suitability of coach /  goals / input from line manager, and a scoping meeting, and equates to 17 hours in total.
