The key benefits reported by Sue’s clients are:
Sue’s clients say: “When I started coaching with Sue I was quite panicky and worried about work, I had just been given a promotion and really needed to look at my time management, prioritisation, how to develop my team and really step into my role. Sue is a fantastic coach. She is open, perceptive, challenging, totally gets me and believes in me. Through coaching with Sue I have learnt how to manage my time, how to take a step back, delegate more and trust my staff. I am happier, more contented, more organised, more productive and more confident – what boss wouldn’t want that for their staff?” Head of Department, London
"When I met Sue I felt stuck - my boss and I had identified the key issues I needed to improve but I was struggling to make the changes on my own. I had recently been promoted to Director level, and at quite a young age had a lot of issues around confidence and stepping up to the plate. Sue immediately understood what I wanted to achieve - she was empathetic and thoughtful but also kept me on track and was able to hold the bigger picture. I felt able to trust Sue and that had a huge impact on the effectiveness of the coaching. With Sue I dramatically improved my time management skills - getting far more done in much less time! This had a knock-on effect on my work life balance which in turn massively affected my stress levels at work and ability to deal with crises. I have greatly improved my relationship with my own manager and team, and created enough space in my working schedule to actually complete a research paper to be included in a published book - something I never thought possible!" Charity Director, London
