Most people hire me for around six months - coaching helps you make changes in your life very quickly.
An initial commitment of 12 sessions is a realistic timescale in which to make permanent changes to your work and your life.
You may only need to work on a specific short time goal with me, or you may want coaching over a longer period of time.
Coaching sessions take place at my office in Crouch End N8 (North London), The Haelan Clinic in Crouch End (North London), or over the telephone / Skype (half of my existing clients are coached over the phone and skype)
